Hiring Process

After careful review of your application documents and a positive evaluation, you will either be invited for a telephone interview or an initial personal job interview. A representative from the respective department and the human resources department will basically be present at the first interview. The focus will be on initially getting to know each other and clarification of the reciprocal requirements, as well as expectations. Please use this opportunity to ask us your questions.

Second Conversation and Further Steps

During a second interview, we will go deeper into specific issues and clarify open questions from the first conversation. In addition, we would like to show your future place of work to you and briefly introduce you to the team members. In so far as the opportunity is available, we would also like to invite you for one or more days to get a taste of our company. In addition, a personality profile and full-day assessment will be conducted for all management positions. An open and transparent application process is important to us.
